WHO ARE A.Y.O.T?

At Authentically You Occupational Therapy, we work with paediatric and adult clients from 3 to 65 years of age.

We have a special interest in working with those who are neurodivergent, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

  • Down Syndrome 

  • Intellectual Disability (ID)

  • Global Developmental Delay (GDD)

  • Dyspraxia

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Mental Illness (Anxiety, Depression)

As a proudly neurodivergent therapist, I strive to bring a unique perspective, informed by my lived experience and the education I have received. My personal experience has fuelled my passion for this field and my desire to work with neurodivergent individuals.

Sessions

We currently have availability for 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions.

Please note that initial consultations are focused on goal-setting and intervention planning.

​We see private, medicare and NDIS participants (self or plan-managed)

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

The NDIS often requires the completion of Functional Capacity Assessments by its participants. We are excited to start offering FCA in early 2025.

We are located on the NSW Central Coast.

We currently offer school—and community-based sessions, with limited clinic-based sessions available as well.
